Free Shipping Policy
• We offer free shipping on any order to most countries for orders over $60. If the total amount is less than $60, a $20 shipping fee will be charged.
The transportation process (working days) is as follows:
Delivery time = Processing time (order preparation) + Shipping time

Once we receive your order information, we will process your order:
(1) Check inventory.
(2) Confirm whether the items in your order need to be customized.
(3) Check your delivery address.
(4) Reconfirm whether the goods in your order comply with our shipping policy.
(5) If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.
Please ensure you provide a detailed delivery address (street number is required). Failure to do so will be notified by our Customer Service Team. This may delay dispatch.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and tracking website.

The stock levels shown on our website are based on the stock levels we receive from our own or manufacturer warehouses. Stock levels may change rapidly. Even if we show that a product is in stock on our website, it does not mean that the product is actually in stock. Items may have already been sold when an order is placed.

When the maximum side length of the package exceeds 60cm, customs duties will be incurred. Generally speaking, this possibility is around 5%. If there is a customs duty, we will bear 20% of the amount. In most cases, the customs duty amount is 0-20 USD per piece.

Delayed delivery compensation
If the goods are not delivered on time, we regret that you have been delayed in receiving the goods and we will provide you with a delayed goods compensation of 10% of the order price. We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive on time.
